Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your support by buying directly from the source. By placing an order with you are consenting to the terms and policies.

Please note each piece is made by hand and therefore some slight imperfections (which only make each piece special and unique) are to be expected. Every single piece is original, one of a kind. No two pieces are exactly the same since they are made by hand from start to finish. The colors may also slightly vary. If you are worried please ask for additional photos.

Returns & Exchanged

Refunds are not offered, however you may exchange within 5 days of receiving your item for shop credit. Only clean, unused and undamaged item will be accepted. Buyers are responsible for the cost and safe delivery using Fedex or UPS as well as the cost of returning the shipment plus insurance. Store credit will be issued once the exchanged item is received in its original condition. If the returned product is damaged in shipping, the purchaser will be responsible for the cost and file their own insurance claim. This only applies to a full price item.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, nor can be second exchange pieces.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item you can do so within 5 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are limited to one time.

Broken shipment

If your piece has broken during shipping, we can offer a replacement. You will be asked for photographs of the shipment for insurance claim. This will need to be done within 5 days of receiving your piece. Please note, that we do not offer a refund.
